New Athletic Director/Physical Education/Health Supervisor Approved
At the Board of Education meeting on Monday, March 18, 2024, Mr. Timothy Walsh was approved as the new Athletic Director/Physical Education/Health Supervisor. Mr. Walsh started working in the West Essex Regional School District during the 2015-2016 school year as a Math/Special Education Teacher at the high school. During his time at West Essex, Mr. Walsh has coached multiple sports at the high school and middle school level, including Girl’s Volleyball, Boy’s Basketball, and Baseball. Mr. Walsh has also served as a Class Advisor for all grades in addition to working within the athletic department in a variety of roles over several years.
Mr. Walsh is very excited about this opportunity and looks forward to his new role. Mr. Walsh's official start date is July 1, 2024.
