Several months ago, North Caldwell mom Jenny Daly posted a photo with her daughter, 8th grader Emily Krstinovski, outside of the MS auditorium. Jenny’s coworker, Tracey Schusterman, saw the photo and was flooded with memories of her time at WEMS. Tracey, who graduated WEMS in 1976 (and was class president!), recalled placing a time capsule in the walls of the newly built addition to the MS.
After months of communication and planning, Tracey Schusterman and her classmates Jeff Sperber, Geri Breg, and Mark Baerenrodt returned to the Middle School to unveil what they had placed in the walls almost 50 years ago. Joining the WE alumni were administrators and board members, NC Mayor Joshua Raymond, Chief Strodthoff of NC, and Chief Manna of Fairfield. Be sure to scroll to the end to see what was inside!
