🎓🎉 On a windy Thursday, June 18, 2026, we proudly celebrated and bid farewell to the West Essex High School Class of 2026! From heartfelt speeches to the turning of tassels, it was a memorable day filled with pride, excitement, and achievement. 

🎓 It's hard to believe the big day has finally arrived — Class of 2026, this is your moment! 🎉 This final week of school has been all about celebrating this incredible senior class and recognizing their hard work, achievements, and lasting impact on West Essex.

The final weeks of the school year at WEMS have been filled with celebration, reflection, and fun as students and staff look back on an outstanding 2025-2026 school year.

Few years have highlighted the strength of West Essex Athletics, under the direction of Assistant Principal for Athletics Timothy Walsh, quite like this one. Throughout the year, student-athletes earned championships, received individual honors, reached significant milestones, and represented their school with distinction.

The West Essex Board of Education recognized a number of outstanding students, staff members, and retirees during its June meeting. Honorees were celebrated for their academic achievements, athletic accomplishments, leadership, service, and years of dedicated service.
