Science – heterogeneously grouped class exploring life science and earth & environmental science. Curriculum aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards.
Social Studies – heterogeneously grouped class focused on global geography. Topics include economic structures and government systems, and many projects are aligned with content and practices of ELA curriculum.Incoming 7th grade students who have qualified for the West Essex Reading 7-1 Assessment or the West Essex Math 7-1 Assessment - you will receive an invitation by mail following the completion of the March MAP test at West Essex Middle School. The assessments will take place as follows:Reading 7-1 Assessment (invitation only) - March 17 (Friday) @ 4:30 p.m. and March 25 (Saturday) @ 9:30 a.m.
