Strategic Plan

A Roadmap for Our District’s Future

Beginning in 2021, the West Essex Regional School District began work on a comprehensive Strategic Plan to help reimagine the district's mission, values, vision, and goals for a period of 5 years (2023 - 2028). The plan was created after a series of community surveys, SWOT analyses, and team planning sessions.
