  • The West Essex Boys Volleyball Team is having a team fundraiser Monday May 21, 2012 at the California Pizza Kitchen at the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne. Enjoy lunch or dinner, dine-in, take-out or catering from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please print out this flyer and bring it with you.

  • Attention Parents of Graduating Seniors:
     
    The Project Graduation Contract has been handed out to each of your children in their English Class last week.There are extra copies in the Main Office, and on the West Essex Web site. These contracts must be signed by a parent/guardian - regardless of your child's age.
    The signed contract can be dropped off in the Main Office or mailed to Julie Lisella, 101 Pier Lane, Fairfield, NJ 07004
    THE SIGNED CONTRACT MUST BE RETURNED BY FRIDAY, MAY 18TH!
    *If you have not yet sent in the $200 payment for Project Graduation - it is due immediately.
    Please make the check payable to: WEPG 2012, and mail to:  Anne Gasbarro, 55 Fleetwood Ave, Fairfield, NJ 07004
    or it can be attached to your Project Graduation Contract. Click here, to download a copy of the contract. Please note that students will need to be picked up at 3:30 a.m. not 3:30 p.m. as stated on the contract.

  •  Juniors who plan to apply for a parking space for the 2012-13 school year must attend a mandatory Senior Driving Assembly May 22 at 7 p.m. in the High School Auditorium. Their parents must attend as well.

  • The West Essex High School Band Boosters will hold a car wash Saturday May 19, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Roseland First Aid Squad and the Fairfield Plymouth Street Firehouse. The suggested donation is $10 per vehicle. All proceeds will benefit the West Essex High School Band program.

  •  Attention freshman, sophomore and junior parents: Project Graduation 2012 is a celebration for seniors following graduation. Your help is needed to make this night a success. Underclass parents are asked to volunteer to chaperone this an all-night celebration. This give graduates an alternative to all-night parties and keeps them safe and off the road. If you are able to volunteer, please send an e-mail to brd4@comcast.net or rorilisa@aim.com or shashecon@aol.com.

  • Attention Sophomore Parents: Senior year may seem far away, but plans for the Project Graduation celebration are under way. The all-night event following graduation is a tradition for West Essex students. Project Graduation provides a fun night of food, music and entertainment and is organized by parent volunteers. The total cost for this event is $225 per student (which will go up to $250 at the end of the school year.) The required deposit at this time is $25. If you have not paid yet, please do so now.
