Mrs. Ulchinsky has been an educator for 28 years and holds a masters degree in learning disabilities from Kean College of NJ where she also completed her administrative and learning disability teacher /consultant certification.   Undergraduate studies were completed in health and physical education. Mrs. Ulchinsky previously worked for the Department of Education in Essex County as Supervisor of Child Study and has 10 years experience supervising special education programs in the public schools. She has developed programs that have won best practice awards from the Developmental Disabilities Council. Residing with her family in Branchville, New Jersey Mrs. Ulchinsky enjoys participating in music in the arts and adjudicates marching band and color guard competitions
